OUR TEAM
Robert has a comprehensive background in tire and carbon black manufacturing. He attained 20 years of experience in a variety of roles with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, the largest tire producer in the United States. Subsequently, Robert served as Plant Manager at three high-performing carbon black facilities in the US. Through his leadership and operations experience, Robert creates a culture of highly engaged teams where employees are safe, productive, and succeed through systematic processes and procedures.
Bringing extensive experience in project management, construction management, engineering, and plant maintenance to the Delta-Energy team, Bobby has overseen the completion of more than 20 multi-million construction projects in the tire and manufacturing industries, including some of the largest tire manufacturing plants in the North America. While at Bridgestone, Bobby was introduced to Delta-Energy Group to provide engineering support to achieve sustainable commercial scale.

RJ Lee Group
is a premier material science company that developed the proprietary technology used in the patented DEPolymerization™
reaction process.
The Delta Energy DEPolymerization™ process was pioneered by the material scientists and technology innovators at the RJ Lee Group during 2000-2010. As a result of this effort, DE-Black has been utilized by the tire industry since 2009. Delta Energy Group LLC was formed through a joint venture between the founders and Bridgestone Americas during 2014. Castleton Commodities became the majority owner of the business during 2017. Today, all the shareholders support the growth of Delta Energy as the industry leader to produce sustainable materials for the tire, rubber, and chemical industries.
